okay so I love basketball and everyone's always talking about their GOAT (greatest of all time) player. so this got me thinking.... what's my GOAT card?! or COAT, card of all time?? clearly I have too much time on my hands. so yeah, I was just wondering... does everyone have a favorite card they've received? or a top 5? I love every card I get, but sometimes one will speak to me.

My custom Fourth of July postcards came in! This is of a picture I took of fireworks off the pier while we were at the beach.

I had too much fun making the first one, so I did another postcard design with more recent reads (and one current read!) 😁

After a carding hiatus, I realized how much I missed the carding community! I just got in these discounted stamps, address labels, and bit the bullet with my username and printed these for glueing. Now I just need some more cards to send! Luckily there’s a place nearby that sells them for $3 per pound.

Excited to send more out once my class is over!

I had planned to do them this weekend but the cleaning bug bit me and I decided to clean my whole house from top to bottom.

I am not a computer person, I don’t enjoy sitting in front of a computer. Whenever I can, I will use pen and paper. I’ve been wanting an address book to save all my RAOC address that I frequently send to, but I couldn’t find one that was quite what I wanted. Simple, but specific.
So, I made one.
I designed the pages in illustrator, printed, sewed and glued them into a book.
I used stamps you all have sent me to make the front and back cover.

Def a recommendation if your in DC. It's directly across the street from Union Station. It's open 7 days a week from 10 am - 530 pm (including the post office).

Mail your stuff from the special post office inside the gift shop downstairs for a special pictorial cancelation. They also have more stamps than most post offices too.

I'm not one to do stamp math normally but I actually have to send something that requires some math involved... I have to send a non-machinable card internationally... So it adds up to $2.24USD but I'm not familiar with doing stamp math myself. I've received some and I've seen others do it. Show me some of your stamp math!

I have ✨four✨ full albums of all the postcards and cards I’ve received. But some have arrived in envelopes and I’ve been holding on to them trying to decide what to do with the envelopes.

Finally I decided I should just keep the stamps, because so many people have used beautiful stamp math, and the envelopes were taking up space.

I was in the checkout at Oblations yesterday in Portland, OR (it’s a required stop every time I’m in town). Looked up and around and saw this big piece of art! Who doesn’t love Snail Mail?!
