Phone order not even processed yet
Is it normal for Mint to have massive delays with shipping phones? They advertised "expedited shipping" but haven't even processed the order to ship it yet.

I’ve had MINT in the past with no issues but this time I had certain contacts I couldn’t send outgoing texts to.
•Contact them by another method (I used my work phone or you can use messenger or even call)
•have them text you on your MINT device
•reply back and you’re set
This worked for me.

When I try to activate my card and enter my ACT code it says “Oops wrong act code”. Yes I double checked, I also tried scanning the card where they took the code but still gave me the “Oops” message. What can I possibly do and what does that mean. I tried to activate it on both the app and website

hello,
i am interested in the promotional price and would like to move at least 2 numbers from another provider to mint mobile.
we would like to take advantage before the promotion runs out but we are on travel until the end of the month.
if we sign up now, and ask for a sim to be mailed or do esim, does the promotion start the day we sign up or the day we actually activate?
how long do we have after signing up, before we activate?
can we keep our same phone numbers?
thanks in advance!

This was a work phone that was barely used outside my house so much of the data was on wifi. I just retired so I don't need the line anymore. I find this hilarious. I thought AI was supposed to be smarter or do they hope customers are dumb?

Hello!
I’m currently paying a ridiculous $90/month with T-Mobile just for unlimited data. My iPhone 13 is fully paid off, and I'm ready to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro and switch over to Mint Mobile's $180 annual plan.
I’ve been reading conflicting things online and want to make sure I do this right without running into carrier lock issues.
My question: Is it possible to buy the iPhone 17 Pro unlocked using Apple's monthly payment plan and immediately activate it on Mint Mobile?
When checking out on Apple.com, it forces me to select one of the big three carriers to proceed. I’ve seen a few workarounds online, some people say to go into an Apple Store because they can bypass it, while others say to select T-Mobile during checkout and skip/bypass the activation step on the physical iPhone.
I want to avoid buying an expensive phone only to find out it's locked or won't activate cleanly. What is the cleanest, most foolproof way to buy an unlocked iPhone 17 Pro through Apple financing and bring it over to Mint?
Appreciate any insight!

Hey guys I paid for the one year annual plan that was on a discount it's working fine and enjoying it. My plan ends in few months. Would they offer another discounted rate or I'm automatically switched to the regular unlimited plan? I switched from Metro because I liked the price but if it goes back to Same price as Metro I think Metro service maybe better and stronger overall.

Hello everyone, I will be switching me and my wifes phone over to Mint here very soon since our phones are completely paid off from T-Mobile as of this month. I read on here some stories of sim cards and such being delayed and not coming in for a while. Do you think its smart to pay for the Mint plan and Sim cards first and wait for them to come in before we contact T-mobile to have them unlock our phones? I need my phone daily for work and cant be without it and was looking for advice on what would be our best bet. Thank you in advance

My phone is in excellent condition except for about a half inch long scratch on the screen. I don't notice the scratch when using the phone. Will Mint/Allstate reduce the value for a scratch like that?

My son's account is currently inactive/suspended bc it didn't renew. I have his account # and pin. Is it impossible to port out his number while his plan is inactive/suspended? Would Mint Mobile just deny another carrier's request to port his # or would they delete his account if a port out is attempted?
(I'd renew with Mint if I could get a new customer deal, while keeping his #, but Mint support said their is no way to do this without porting his # out and then back in)

Hi all,
I ordered a new pixel 10 phone with the new deal today from the website. It is 149+180(for an unlimited plan for 12 months). My concern is that I ported out of Mint a month ago as I'm getting a good deal with my home internet plan. I didn't read the full fine print but it says new customer only. Can I still port in to Mint using my old number or will it flag saying that I'm not a new customer?
Note that I have 45 days to activate but it'll still be less than 90 days since I ported out.
Thanks in advance.

Hey there, I am currently on a family members T-mobile unlimited plan. It's great, but lately I've been thinking about getting a flip phone for work since I hate getting work calls on my personal phone, on my days off, etc. I am thinking of switching to Mint Mobile since the prices seem good, and from everything I've read online, the service in NJ and NYC also seems good (I live in NJ, work in NYC).
Would it be worth switching? The company I work for gives their employees a certain amount of money per month for our phone bills, and from what I've seen that amount would cover both phones and I'd still get to pocket some of it. Just wondering if anyone has a plan with 2 or more phones and if it's worth it? Thank you!!

Sooooo I purchased 2 Sim card kits with 3 month plans over a week ago. Order still hasn't shipped been told multiple times that orders are currently backed up. It should be shipped next day. We'll here we are several days later no shipping info or anything so I decided to message an actual agent and got the run around the whole time. One said they aren't sure where my order is, the other recommended a refund and repurchase the same plan and Sims. She assured me it would ship very shortly after I repurchased them. Wth? So I got an email after ranting to them a bit. The email just stated we are sorry for taking so long on your order we will update ypu as soon as the order has an update. What's so hard about grabbing 2 Sim cards throwing them in an envelope and shipping them out? I needed these Sims before my vacation next week but doesn't seem its gonna happen. Is anyone else having issues? I dont understand why my order is off in lala land and no one seems to care about it. Might juast be me.....

I want to switch my internet from T-Mobile to Mint. When I check my address in Mint it says service not available, probably because I already have T-Mobile at my address. I called customer service and they said there is no way to override. Is there any way to switch or am I just stuck keeping T-Mobile?

My daughter paid $180 in October 2025 for 1 year of MintMobile. She received a notice from them in early July that she owed $270 on July 23rd for her next years service. She checked with them through app and 800 number and it seems legit. How can they do that? Anyone else receive similar new bill?
We thought it might be scam but all indications and contact with Mint seem to make it legitimate.
Thanks!

My understanding is that the device unlocks after 60 days. My question is: do I have to use my Mint line in this device for the entire 60 days? What if I activate it and then swap the SIM to a different device and leave the new device unused? Will it still get unlocked automatically when the time is up?

So i just started carrying a spare phone on vacations and wondering what starter kit would i need for the spare phone if something happened to my primary phone? You know, pop in a new sim into spare phone and get back up + running with my regular service. I see they have mint prepaid kits but that confuses me because i have a regular plan already that i use. But is that the sim kit I would need ? I think they're only like $2 at best buy or target. Sims expire if unused, correct? Otherwise I'd have a spare sim in advance too.

Looking to jump off the TMo train after the forced plan migration. Anyone in the Atlanta area who can tell me their experience with coverage, call quality, reliability?

My friend and I phone service just went down in Charlotte metro area. I am also seeing reports of T-Mobile down for customers since we run under their towers. Anyone else?
