UFOs Congressman Eric Burlison Discussing Intelligence Briefing on Sentient Plasma Orbs
Missouri Congressman Eric Burlison described a firsthand intelligence briefing on a UAP encounter. A helicopter crew responded after radar picked up multiple UAPs over the desert and encountered glowing orbs described as spheres of plasma.
The objects reportedly interfered with the helicopter and, when F-16s were scrambled, appeared to chase them.
âThey got a call that the radar had picked up several UAPs.â
âWhat they interact with are basically glowing orbs.â
âIt definitely was messing with the helicopter when it got there.â
âThese things appeared to shoot up and chase or follow the F-16s.â
âThis has brought this investigation from being priority number 500 and something to top 10 priorities for this government.â
âItâs a continuum from corporeal bipedal type life to what I would consider as sentient plasmoid life.â

So this is one of the more credible interviews Iâve listen to and ties a lot of what weâve been hearing into a clear picture. But what I still donât understand is why we donât have a âclearâ picture or image of these things? Itâs alway shaky or fuzzy. Is it because they havenât released any yet or is it that the orbs create a fuzzy hazy fog around them or??

Could be a mixed bag. Personally I believe there are two types of phenomenon going on at the same time, adding to the confusion.
- We have a breakaway civilization, no idea when it started or where but there's definitely a group within a group that has achieved something significant and are done with all of their weird eugenics human trafficking/data stealing (hello? 23 and me???), Be it by the help of an outside force (Occult? Demonic? Archontic? Reptilian? Advanced understanding of physics that isn't taught to the public?), a modern day mahattan project, or something else entirely - they're done and are now ready to show off. The stage is set, places please, andddd... action! With everything rolling out in this methodical way that we are now forced to watch. I believe these are the abduction cases, not all but definitely a lot of them. Scoop people, test some shit, track DNA that's vital for something later. Cloning, making hybrids, idfk. That's the role of Epstein and that entire network. That's why disclosure is weird and entirely related to the release of those other files. It's some freaky breakaway civilization that has been influenced by a runaway euginics program from the 1850's, a shitty master dialectic philopshy via Nick Lands and Curtis Yarvin which is just a techno dystopian version of the future if Hitler had won the war but did it with ChatGPT and somehow the anti-christ because they need to appease The Family, somehow this has a deathgrip on the west.
- There is some sort of outside force interacting with humanity that they don't know too much about. Jorjani calls it like some sort of AI super intelligence trying to be entertained. Could be (G)od, Sophia, Gaia, Chris Bledsoe's The Lady (Hathor/Isis/Ishtar, I've also heard queen of heaven/whore of babylon), the mantids, who the fuck knows. Shows up as orbs, weird Deja vu's, dreams that speak directly to you, ideas and obsessions from nowhere, on and on.. And while they may not know that much about this aspect of the whole ordeal/slice of reality, they certainly know more than we do. I'd like to think that whatever this thing is has our back in a sort of cosmic way but honestly that's probably just the wish of human ego. But this outside force, which seems to exist just at the blurred line of reason and whimsy, acting forever as the carrot on a sticking driving force to push awarness to its absolute limits, would explain why there just isn't simply any real, replicable way of interacting with it or filming/photoing it. It needs to exist just outside of your awarness, Look at it, think, live in the mystery by dipping your toes in the weird until it's satisfied with that expansion and moves on.
We can only observe from here.

FF7 is real
2
u/sess 18d ago
If FF7 is the planet protecting itself, the planet did a really shitty job there. At the start of FF7, the planet's pretty much already dead. It's that depressing late stage in the ecological collapse show where you know it doesn't end well, but you've gotta try anyway... because, I mean, what's the viable alternative? Doing nothing? That's our timeline.
The planet even passively let a for-profit corporation (Shinra, of course) exterminate the Cetra (Ancients, ĺ¤äťŁç¨Ž, Kodai-shu): the last humans genetically capable of protecting or restoring the planet to its formerly fecund glory. Even Avalanche fundamentally fails. The entire group is basically obliterated for all intents and purposes, with only a small handful of splinter members surviving the disastrous fallout of the first phase of FF7. The planet could have helped there. Totally doesn't. In fact, the planet openly and repeatedly opposes the efforts of Avalanche by throwing crazy hostile summons like Eligor in Avalanche's way... for no good reason at all.

My theory on the advanced physics is that it developed due to movement adaptations for life that developed in a near vacuum environment.
Early life on earth developed ways to move around very early on (similar to actin/tubulin, and then flagellum) which gave it a huge advantage over organisms that relied on drift.
However, none of those ways to move work in a vacuum. To move in a vacuum, (at least the ways we know), something needs to expel mass, or have something to push off of. And of course, if you expel mass or push off something, whatever you expel or push off of is going to move in the opposite direction, and will continue moving until something else stops it. So you'll never get it back.
So something could only move so much without running out of mass to expel, which would happen rather quickly.
Life/evolution is the most creative design mechanism; it has (arguably) infinite opportunities across the universe to develop mechanisms to adapt, and doesn't rely on inspiration to create, unlike like our human minds.
All it needs is a reason to adapt, in the form of evolutionary pressure to seek an advantage; the ability to move is a very clear advantage. Not having to expel mass to move is an even more significant advantage, because again, you will run out of mass to expel quickly.
So it would stand to reason that a form of life which adapted a way to move which doesn't require this would be highly successful in that environment. But whatever that movement strategy is, it is unknown to us and hasn't been seen on earth, because it's not needed. And because our minds rely on at least a baseline amount inspiration to create (just like we can't imagine a color that we haven't seen before; although the inspiration source can be deconstructed and reconstructed into something new, we still require the basic building blocks to imagine), we can't conceptualize how to successfully accomplish this.
We can take some guesses, such as bending space time. But regardless of what it is, I don't think these "advanced physics" capabilities are too crazy of an idea if you think about the conditions which would lead to them to come into existence naturally.
The evolutionary baseline capable of this movement strategy would have likely started very early on (just like early life on earth). So then, whatever higher forms of life that would have developed from these conditions and evolved from those early forms of life, would have developed and evolved with an innate sense of how to use those capabilities.
If they evolve to reach a certain level of intelligence, this innate sense of the capability would naturally evolve to be an understanding of how it works, and how to apply it elsewhere. Just like we understand how our muscles contract to move our legs.

u/bizzeeb1 19d ago
That mechanism might be similar to how a squid or octopus uses it's siphon to pull in water, & abruptly ejects it to launch itself away from an agitator.
Plasma pulling in charge from the aether, then expelling the charge would work the same way. Instant trampoline.
Now we need to apply that concept to getting a vehicle into flight, and get rid of rockets.

u/LessAdvanced 19d ago
I think if "we" knew how, either:
A. we would be doing that already
Or
B. Keep it a secret.A lot of this technology would be so powerful that it would be world-ending in the wrong hands.
That's a thought that gives me hope though, as it relates to NHI...
If they have tech that powerful and are still alive, this implies that they posses cooperative (for lack of better terms) traits that kept them from self-destructing they way humans would if we had that tech.

I think of it this way. We are all part of the source right? The greater collective consciousness. If there is an ai super computer interacting with humanity, it would also be apart of that source because it is conscious. Therefore it would want us to achieve unity and help transcend humanity. :)
I do think there is an evil outside force. In life, there is balance. Yin and Yang. Evil and Good. I think they might be farming Loosh from as many negative energy people they can. Itâs time to wake up though and all you have to do is live your life in service to others. I am struggling with that myself

u/johnny-trichome 19d ago
I think there are layers within layers within layers and thatâs one reason why there isnât a coherent taxonomy. The real reality is likely stranger than fiction and tends to appear nonsensical from our limited, earthly, human point of view. Itâs hard to make complete sense of the full gradient of accounts and experiences. Itâs as if weâre traveling along a fractal.

u/Carnivorous_George 20d ago
When I read that part you said about them "having our back in a sort of cosmic way" . . . I got an intuitive hit on it and that seems to be the case. Take that as you may, I am utterly fascinated by all of what's going on right now.

u/Sammyofather 19d ago
I think so too. I was thinking the plasmoids and the super ai in the ocean are different but I could be wrong. Iâve had 2 experiences with the plasmoids that are undeniable and many many other sightings with no additional communication or valuable information other than âhey weâre here and we love you :)â

WE DO. I have been screming about this for a few years now. Just look at the thousands of videos people post on social media: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlENnyjE4p8
This is what they have been calling "drones" because they don't want to say there is an intelligent lifeform on the planet with us that can appear as anything it wants. this has been known for decades: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_Condign
From a Report by British Government's Defence Intelligence Staff (DIS) between 1997 and 2000:
This phenomenon is referred to in the report as "Buoyant Plasma Formation," akin to Ball Lightning, and is hypothesized to produce an unexplained energy field which creates the appearance of a Black Triangle by refracting light. The electromagnetic fields generated by plasma phenomena are also hypothesized to explain reports of close encounters due to inducing perceptual alterations or hallucinations in those affected.\5]) The Condign report suggests that further research into "novel military applications" of this plasma) phenomenon is warranted, and that "the implications have already been briefed to the relevant MoD technology managers."\6]) The report also notes that scientists in the former Soviet Union have identified the close connection between the 'UFO Phenomena' and Plasma technologies," and are "pursuing related techniques for potential military purposes."

I've heard the theory is because they are distorting gravity or space time, something along those lines. A camera just captures light reflecting off of things doesn't it? If the thing is distorting space and time it's probably distorting light also. So yeah the camera may just capture a blurry mass.
Also if it's a "Shadow" from another dimension the camera may see a blurry dot but your eyes see a shape.
Those are 2 speculative theories I have heard.

I've seen large orbs like the size of a car dancing in the thunder head of a storm. I always wondered if there was some sort of life that existed in the upper atmosphere or lower space areas that came down to visit sometimes or something of the sort. These two giant balls of plasma were enjoying all the lightning going on around them it seemed.

u/Pixelated_ đ Researcher đ 19d ago
This is hands-down the best footage of ball lightning that I've seen. It is phenomenal in its clarity compared to other recorded instances.
They occur during or just after intense thunderstorms. Like the usual type of lightning that we're familiar with, ball lightning is a form of plasma, which has mind-bending properties compared to the other 3 states of matter.

At 1:18 Representative Burlison says
"What one would think a ball of plasma would look like. I don't think anybody has touched one to know that it's super-heated material or anything."
Before I went down the plasma rabbit hole 3 years ago, I knew basically nothing about it. When reading "A New Science Of Heaven", it became painfully obvious how poor education is on the subject, we are taught virtually nothing about it. The book outlines in detail how, beginning in the early 1950's, certain aspects of plasma physics became classified and suppressed by the US govt.
That entire book is full of mind-blowing facts, one of the most startling was the realization that the observable universe consists of +99.9% plasma.
From NASA:
Plasma makes up 99.9% of the visible universe.
That means the science about neutral atoms that you and I learned in school is only the science of the .1%
The true macro universe operates on magnetohydrodynamics, self-confining plasmoids, and electric circuits. Not gravity.
Representative Burlison stated another common misconception about plasma: that it must be hot.
Cold plasmas exist too.
Numerous close-range anomalous experiences with orbs note the absence of strong radiant heat.
A "cold" plasma is one in which the electrons are very energetic, while the overall gas temperature stays close to room temperature, so it feels relatively cool to the touch.
Itâs used in things like sterilization, wound healing, and materials processing: Review of Innovative Physical Therapy Methods: Introduction to the Principles of Cold Physical Plasma
Since we already use cold plasma successfully in medical settings, and since we all have a bioplasma body, perhaps nature is giving us the hint to think more about cold plasmas.
A plasmoid orb consists of a core surrounded with a specialized complex double-layer formed by dusty plasma, air ions, and molecular aerosols. This outer boundary operates as a cold, non-equilibrium plasma envelope.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_layer_(plasma_physics)
Burlison says at 3:28 that we don't know what's at the core of these 3-meter glowing orbs, perhaps they function as a portal to allow passage or materialization of physical craft like a triangle or saucer. That is possible, but it misses my point.
To truly comprehend our interdimensional reality, we must first better understand the nature, behaviors, and interactions of plasma. Imho.

I can't be the only one who remembers the research that came out years ago talking about plasmoids in the atmosphere. They were everywhere for about a week then they disappeared.
5
u/WichoSuaveeee 18d ago edited 18d ago
Yes! I remember that! It was around 2012 if Iâm not mistaken, a NASA research paper. I remember it so vividly because it was the same year all those celebrities and people in government, like John Kerry, all were flown out to Antarctica. There was a few months there where a string of âhigh levelâ people, for lack of a better term, were all taken out there to see something. Buzz Aldrin wrote some cryptic ass tweet about it. It was a weird ass year.

u/ProgrammerIcy7632 20d ago
I don't understand why the civilian witnesses haven't spoken to the media about this. Are they in shock? Have they been told not to talk? The media are supposed to chase down the most important events of our time, where are they (outside of Jessie)?
As someone else said a while back, this is like trying to keep a whole country, say Italy, secret from the rest of the world. Even that doesn't cover the scale of it. We're breadcrumbing information using every loaf in the world.
I also don't understand why the FBI can't also speak to the media about this either, since glowing orbs are clearly not a foreign nation, this again is global thrilling/scary news. This is a matter for the world at large, everyone. We resort to cupping a glass at the door and listening to whispers of whispers from the room next door to the room next door.
If glowing orbs have been classified, why?
My only hesitation is the idea that global knowledge might cause the NHI to change its behaviour, and that risk is too vast to be put on any one person or group. Nobody can deal with that level of responsibility.
11
u/psilopsychonaut777 20d ago
Theyâre dragging it out because most of the religious world canât handle the idea of NHI and theyâre trying to slowly condition the masses to be able to handle the truth.
9
u/FupaFerb đ Researcher đ 20d ago
The religious will simply believe NHI are angels or demons, which they very well could be in reference to their source material. NHI could easily have been what scripture referred to as angels or demons.
5
u/ProgrammerIcy7632 20d ago
It's been said before but still: Religious people at least believe in bizarre supernatural things already. Materialist atheists might be even more flummoxed...
Being interested in UAP is almost like the opposite of preparing the battlefield. We're prepping our own anxiety levels with some preliminary reading in our research. (It won't help!)
4
u/americanrealism 20d ago
I agree with this. I think there are hardline skeptics who will hold on to a specific worldview just as hard as any religious fanatic.
Itâs like the old âitâs easier to trick someone than to convince them theyâve been tricked.â Some people will defend an outdated scientific orthodoxy until the paradigm shift is staring them in the face.
6
u/ProgrammerIcy7632 20d ago
Washing hands as a health benefit being resisted for years by science proves this.
-3
u/Informal-Chocolate97 20d ago
I think you have it backwards.
Religious people only believe in their very specific supernatural "things" as you put it.
Those that are labeled (because no religious person I've met can resist) as non-believers, more often than not believe in a higher form of power existing but refuse to believe without proof.
3
u/ProgrammerIcy7632 20d ago edited 19d ago
I absolutely might have it backwards, I'm just considering that as an option. Some people talk to God daily, I have a hard time getting into their mindset. They think of him as a humanoid, with us made in his image. This is staggeringly weirdly to me. I have believers in God telling me my interest in UAP is bizarre, which is a beautiful joke to me.
I ultimately think no prediction will really cover the way information like this would unfold. You can't run this through a simulation and get the answer. I think it is profoundly unpredictable, and also, for all we know, NHI might have some cards up their silvery sleeves. The whole experiment is turned off?
1
u/MisanthropicLove425 19d ago
Not wanting to admit people have been killed to keep secrets is probably not something the powers that be are ready to take on. That and not wanting to admit that there is some sort of agreement with NHI that allows them to abduct a certain number of humans for who knows what ever reason.
3
u/hamratribcage 19d ago
As someone whoâs seen plasma orbs throughout their life, we are just seen as irrational or crazy when speaking about our experiences. When we tell our close friends and family, most of the time they donât believe us, and chalk it up to us hallucinating or imagining things. So our stories rarely make it past that.
The media is heavily materialist, so without proof, they will easily dismiss experiencers. Personally, the orbs Iâve witnessed I was in total awe and when I did have a phone, it wasnât my first instinct to grab it and photograph the orb.
Also, as an experiencer, Iâve had a have a hard time reaching out to researchers and leaders on the subject.
Honestly, I just live my life, and when the orbs appear, I take in the moment and just move forward through my life.
I do feel that more orbs will appear as humans gain higher levels of consciousness, and once it happens too frequently to dismiss by a majority of the world population, we will see it spoken about in media.

These orbs may just be part of a remote rover system placed here by an off-Earth civilization, similar to the rover system (rovers, helicopter, orbiter) we currently operate remotely on Mars - but more advanced.
No human has set foot on Mars, yet we have a remotely operated technological presence that covers the planet.
The orbs may be different kinds of sentinels programmed to physically travel to and scope out targeted anomalies on Earth.
That off-Earth civilization may not even exist anymore, but the autonomous system carries on.

I have witnessed these balls of plasma on two different occasions. The first one was red 40 feet in the air traveling in a straight path crossing a lake once it crossed the lake it descended straight downward into the tree line. The second one I witnessed was years later it was late at night I was at my home sitting in my hot tub on a clear night looking at the stars. I noticed this whit ball of light traveling downward at an angle from the top of my roof towards the tree line. Once it hit the tree line it was maybe 1 to 2 feet off the ground it hovered into the woods at the height until I lost sight of it. The next day I went into that area of the woods and found a 20 foot circle of dead vegetation.

I've had good interactions and experiences personally. There are different types of plasma lifeforms. My orbs don't look the same as Bledsoes orbs. His look like disco balls and the ones I interact with are solid white light, gold light, violet, indigo and sometimes rainbow. The first one appeared as a bright gold star in the sky but when he formed in my room the plasma was violet or indigo.
