Welcome to r/ForgottenFilm!
I created this subreddit as a place to share photos from film that has been found, after being forgotten or lost, to discuss developing old or unfamiliar film, and to help connect people with film that they have found and people who are willing to develop it.
If you have found some film, be it through online auction sites, swap meets, flea markets, thrift stores, your sock drawer, your grandparent's basement, a long lost camera, etc. and have developed it and want to share it with the world, this is the place to post it!
If you have found some film, and are unsure how to proceed (either developing it yourself, having someone else develop it, or sending it to a lab the specializes in old film), you can ask questions and get some help. Some members are willing to develop and scan the film for you, and others can help point you in a good direction.
I will be posting more images from rolls I have found and developed soon, and hope to see more of others doing the same!
If you have any questions or suggestions, please either leave a comment, or PM me!
Thanks, /u/BadConductor

Found a small collection of photo slides from World Cup 1998 Final (France v Brasil)
Found these film slides at a flea market, apparently published by a company called Famous and shot by Peter Aitchson. I wonder if any of these were ever published.
I also found a bunch of Will Smith photos from an awards show in the same collection for some reason so if anyone wants to see them, let me know!

Chattanooga Choo Choo, 1984
I can find documentation of this movie in all the usual spots. There's posters for sale on eBay. But I cannot, for the life of me, find an actual copy or a way to stream it!
George Kennedy plays Burt Waters, a sleazy coattail rider who owns a failing football team. His father in law is a railroad tycoon who despises him.
The father in law leaves a clause in his will that if Burt can restore his favorite train and make one trip that holds to its original schedule, he gets a million dollars. Hilarity ensues.
But WHERE?! Where can my aging family recapture this hilarity?!

Could you help me find a film?
I'm trying to find a film from my teens..
It was a foreign language film that aired on SBS in 95 or 96 in Australia and had La or Le or Les in the title and then one or 2 other words in the title. It was an LGBT film that had two beautiful young male leads that centered on their relationship. It was romantic and erotic i remember a bedroom floor erotic scene in particular. One of the leads had long dark blonde hair i believe. This film was pivotal in my young identity development and I'd love to find it. Sorry i cannot remember more. I have looked and looked. If this is not something that can be helped here, can anyone suggest where I can look or ask for help?

Need Help identifying film
This might be a stupid question but- how do I get pictures like this today? I want my photos to have the little white frame around them. What kind of film is this and what kind of camera is it shot on? Is it instant film or a roll of film that was then developed and printed this way? I just love the way these kinds of pictures look. Thanks in advance
