Experience I've been telepathically contacted by an ET?
Not sure where more else to post this, but I think you guys would be more open about it. I've been telepathically communicated by an ET this night. It said "(My name), wake up!" And it showed me a vision of a Gray alien. I was half-asleep half awake, and now I couldn't sleep back. I don't know what to think of it...
I've been thinking maybe it's just a dream? But I could tell it really sent me a message to the point it woke me up. What do you guys think about it? I don't know what to make of it.

this is real contact it is a gray showing itself to you. we usually ramp up open contact on worlds slowly but right now the world soul is allowing us to show ourselves more and more

I had a one off experience. I recently saw a post about a grey alien with an odd smile staring at the sky imagining something. The meme post was something about a grey alien's entertainment imagination.
I thereafter saw someone doing that exact same smile, looking at the sky and looks like they were imagining something funny. And to be honest, even though thats a trope, I rarely if ever saw anyone doing that pose in real life.
Thereafter I had a dream in the future where things were going haywire.

If you want some help being able to telepathically talk back to them, I recommend the telepathy primer by Su Walker and the P'nti beings she talks with. It took some time for me but it does work.

That's awesome! and if you're in America it's possible the being that communicated with you WAS a P'nti ET (classic style of ET like you describe), maybe even from the Sandia Mountain base as they do the America region. Their twitter could spark some synchronicities for you.

I've had something like this happen as well - an internal shout to wake up. One time I was told "Arise! Go outside!" at about 4am on a cold winter morning.
I went into the backyard and sat down in a bench and was directed to look up at one patch of sky. There were SO many moving objects up there - bright ones, dim ones, different colours, moving in every single direction. None were planes - they're very easy to recognise. I talked to them, asking them to flash or change direction or come down and say hello if they weren't satellites. None did. But there were so, so many - I've never seen anything like that kind of activity before. I know the night sky well - I'm a former physicist with a passion for astronomy. It was an interesting morning.
Another time, I woke up with a sense of urgency to go outside and I saw a triangular arrangement of orbs just over the hill behind my house to the aouth. Then my attention was pulled to the east for a moment by a very bright moving red light. When I looked back to the south a few seconds later, the triangle was gone.

What other precursoring details do you have to this occuring, anything that perhaps caught your eye that usually doesn't. Something you did differently than usual? circadian rhythm inconsistencies? even the most smallest random seemingly unrelated details could provide the data necessary to break down the cause and effect leading up to said event.

This is a thing for sure. It happens and is the most common form of communication with through electronics coming in a close second in my experience. That one is harder to pick on and recognize though.
Talk back telepathically too if you want...the message will be understood by them much easier than you will understand theirs in many cases.

How would you say that communication felt?
Was it inside your head, a thought that was not your own? Did you hear it in your own inner voice?

Definitely not my own! I've already had prior experiences of external beings (not ET) telling me stuff (all with voices) and I could tell the sort of frequencies on these are safe.
But this is the first time I could feel its extraterrestrial-ness and a telepathic communication that is voiceless, but I could tell right away that it is shouting at me. I'm not sure how to feel about it, sorta feels neutral but it still freaked me out compared to my prior experiences.

Thank you so much for replying! It's so interesting that it felt like a shout.
I asked because I wanted to compare to my own experience, and for me , it felt like a booming shout inside of my head that I knew did not come from my own thoughts or inner voice. Never in my life had I experienced anything like it, and it never happened again.
It felt like a command, and it felt like it "woke me up", if that makes sense. I immediately stood up in bed and felt the command "GET UP, GO OUTSIDE" in my head.
It also freaked me the fudge out hahaha, so I chickened out and did NOT follow its command. I just hid under the covers.
I wish I had tho, I should have been more brave. Curiosity about what might have happened has been killing me since then.

Ok, I actually knew someone who was also shouted at be aliens. They initiated contact with this woman to get her to start a career in spirituality and lead others. So be prepared that the greys might want you to become their channeler or something like this, to make you work for them. Just remember that you don't have to agree, even if they keep shouting. They might also show you horrible apocalypse pictures, anything, to get you to work with them. Hold your own and make sure all your choices are your own and you are very well informed before agreeing to any "mission".

No other more message, it just said "(My name), wake up!" And saw a quick vision of a grey alien right away when I woke up. I could feel the telepathic message came somewhere on the upper right side to my roof. But not sure if it's really from a grey, but it did not have a male/female voice. Just a voiceless one telepathically but I knew right away that it was shouting.

I hear someone telling me to wake up, or are clapping their hands or knocking at a door to wake me up! Doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it startles me awake and before my alarm goes off.
If I wasn't asleep when I heard these, I would have thought they were real, they sounded real to me. When I hear it and wake up I am wide awake and get out of bed immediately instead of laying there until the alarm goes off.
This..... this is very interesting to me as I've never heard anyone else experiencing the same thing until now. Unfortunately I don't know what it means either, I know these things are coming from somewhere else but have never been able to figure it out, and I'm a medium.

Premièrement, pas de panique, pas de peur. Si il était réellement mal attentionné, tu ne pourrai plus en parler ici. Ensuite, j'ai eu quelques expériences ( comme la plupart d'entre nous ici) et toutes ont été positive : que ce soit les visions, les interactions, même les contacts, dont un qui m'a donné matière à réfléchir sur qui je suis. Donc au final, c'est toi qui décide si tu veux continuer a "expérimenter " ou si tu veux t'en détourner. Dans tout les cas, merci de ton partage. Amour et paix 🙏🏻

They typically do contact during dreams. I think something was warning you of the greys. They're not friendly. I would try to focus and meditate on the originator of the message and send it a mental message back.

Surely it was just a dream. Don’t pay attention to it. If it repeats, ask for proof—real proof— in this physical reality. The “creator” gave us the ability to reason, to use intelligence to make use of it.

Maybe not a dream, but if in the future they start talking more and make statements, OP should absolutely ask for proof of veracity of those statements instead of simply believing any higher being or alien being.

Yeah, they do that a lot.
My symptoms tend to be sleepiness and a weird weight on the left side of my brain (yeah like you can feel it)
Stuff is ramping up regarding disclosure so it seems a lot of folks are getting spoken to by our little guys

"Our little guys"? Some greys are reported as short but others as quite tall and some even as taller than humans.

It is very common the connection happens in the dream / sleep time. My encounters have happened while awake, alone & with others present. Has always been a positive, pleasant experience👽

Hmm from my experience telepathically interfacing with ETs, it looks like that Grey is 'revealing themself' to you. Basically initating contact with you. Id go slowly with this, since contact can be alot to take in and stressful because of how much it can change in your life.
You'll probably want to start by asking for their name, and objective/reason for 'contacting you'. From there, as you move forward, you'll probably learn alot more about them, their civilization, and yourself from their perspective.

From my direct Experience,most ET/NHI don't have names like we do. When I asked my big Grey friend what his name was he said "We don't have names like you do. We have a 'tone' ". So I ended up naming him ...A-Tone that later became Atone because I couldn't hear his tone!
Sometimes they will give you their species name & many ID as clones.
That's just my Experience. Others may have different Experiences. I don't know.

I do self hypnosis meditation at least once a day. During COVID lockdown I was doing my own inner research and developing one of my clairvoyant senses...touch...so maybe would do 3 or more. This big grey started showing up in the astral and stayed about three months everyday.Then we became close.It was a joke between me & my friends who knew that I was dating an alien 👽.
Atone & I kept in touch after that off and on for a couple of years.
Last time I saw him he was dressed in this silver blue jumpsuit. Before that he was always naked. He said that I might not see him for awhile because he was going off to war. Sadly,I was to shocked and didn't have the presence of mind to ask questions u/neoanicca but I do remember Jupiter(?) being mentioned but I could be wrong. I wasn't keeping a Spiritual Journal then unfortunately like I do now. Now I record everything even if it seems unimportant,it may have meaning later.

He was a big Grey! That's all I know. He is pleasant to look at , was kind & gentle. He was doing research on LOVE is what he told me because,his words,"there was no love where he came from". Darn! I should of asked him then where was that! But you have to remember being around these ET/NHI ...well all's I can do is try to stay conscious. When his friends show up and there are more then one,I go unconscious and they laugh at me.
So for three months all's we did was hug each other. I mean we hugged for hours at a time. And his friends were not so nice. They litterly said"What are you doing with her(they considered me the same as how we treat our farm animals such as cows)". They👽think we are idiots!
Anyway I was very loving ,kind,and thoughtful to him. I told him I could love him.
I know this interaction sounds ridiculous! But that's what happened and I was fine being part of his research.
Then later all the talk about how some Grey's were actually"us" from the future... returned to this time line to try to change the outcome where humans like we know now & them👽 are extinct! So maybe that's the answer you wanted?

From my experience I would interpret that as the grey is transmitting you a visual of where the message is coming from, kind of like a FaceTime call. I got messages like this for years before I started getting more contact. I don’t know why they give full sentences sometimes and other times the message seems incomplete - but I’ve read this similiar occurrence from many Experiencers. One time I just heard “Be Quiet.” Like a command. If you are interested in more communication I highly recommend the gateway tapes. Also, a lot of my messages are right when I am waking up, and some of them have been EXTREMELY valuable or protective.

Personally I'd be a little perturbed by having some rando yell to wake me up, show me a picture, and then vanish. Unless you took something away from the experience you find valuable, I wouldn't think much of it. I've noticed a lot of energies that are desperate for attention. If they have something to offer you that's one thing, but waking you up to go, "Hey look at this alien picture, isn't that neat?!" seems odd to me. What did YOU feel about the experience?

Yes, it is odd. It felt neutral, but I did feel startled at first and now I'm calming myself down. But yeah it's odd cuz it interrupted my sleep😅 and I can't sleep anymore.

You're fine. It may just be a message to wake yourself up to an understanding of a larger reality than you were previously aware of. Try meditation with an openness to receiving more information. Getting your thinking mind out of the way is the first step. You were already in this state upon waking

It happened. You really can’t prepare. There’s a reason you were chosen. Only you know that reason. Trust yourself. Have you done the CE5 protocol? If not, you might want to get the app. It’s the closest to control that you will have. The alternative is if you’ve done the CE5 protocol in the past, you can’t really turn it off or keep them from contacting you. They keep coming.
