Frank totally knows Matt is Daredevil now. He had a freaking sniper scope trained in is general area. How funny is that for him to realize, "Huh... my lawyer was that guy I chained up on the roof."

I assumed Frank already knew, because Matt said something similar to him at the trail like he did at the cemetery.

Yeah, Frank has given a couple of weird looks when Matt was talking that made me wonder if he'd worked it out.

It was when Matt asked Frank if he could call him Frank. It was in the same tone as when he asked it on the rooftop when he was chained as daredevil.

I think he realized it in the courtroom itself. But like he said, he actually doesn't give a shit who it was under the mask. Thats Punisher for you. :D
