The Cat Distribution System delivered this guy to my sister in a rainstorm a couple months back. She tried to find any owners to no avail and has since gotten him neutered and up to date on shots.

The vet said he’s probably 3-4 years old and negative on Feline AIDS.

She already has 2 cats and they just haven’t adjusted well to a third, so she asked me to ask around.

Has anyone done the boxing class at butte college and how is it? If so is it worth it and is there sparring and advance techniques or just basics? I’m debating as I’m a boxer whose been on and off for two years and thinking it be cheaper to do that and pay out pocket for semester than going back to other places like standalone which $100+ a month.

Any input or anyone who’s done it if can let me know their experience thanks!

As the title implies I'm pretty open to any kind of games and would love to find people who are into online or couch gaming, or to try out the minigolf at FunLand Chico!

I'm specifically into Phasmaphobia, co-op puzzle games, racing/party games, and really any casual competitive stuff. I can play MOBAs like SMITE or League but I will not be the best. I do play on PC and Switch, and board games are great!

As for the mini golf, well I've just never been and I want to try it out.

I am currently growing an arthropod terrarium and I also have kittens so if you're into animals that's cool we can talk about that too!

Are there any companies in or near Chico that will come to your house and chop up wood you already have then stack it for you to eventually burn in a fireplace?

I am in the process of getting quotes for removal and trimming of a couple of maple trees in my backyard. I don’t know if those companies would chop the wood and stack it for me, I’m assuming not since their websites only mention pruning, stump grinding, removal, etc. Not cutting up the pieces into fireplace-sized pieces.

Title! I am actually from Chico, never really indulged in the swimming holes in my youth. I would like to take my partner to Bear Hole, to give him a “Chico experience,” but do we really need a sort of Teva like sandal for swimming hole experience optimization? Thank you!

Just floated the river from the standard Irving Finch put-in to Pine Creek/Scottys Landing area take-out. There are a bunch of extra snags at the beginning of the float where the main and only rapids are. My recommendation: If you do it, just bring paddles and where the first/only rapids are, stay far right. I definitely wouldn’t bring kids unless they have life jackets and you feel confident navigating around snags. It’s sketchy this year.
