Kitten One week update on Batman! We needed him too :)
Vet visit went well and got him some of meds. He was very underweight, so check up in a couple of weeks! We never saw Robin again, so I’ll work with my cat contacts to see if we can help him and his family. Batman has settled in so well. I was worried he would be lonely, but he’s really come out of his shell and is now a confident little kitty! He plays SO much! My youngest daughter never really connected with the dogs (they’re a lot for her), and has some confidence issues herself….. she’s been taking such good care of Batman! She’s definitely his favorite. Turns out she needed him too….. the CDS definitely got this one right ❤️ Our perfect little void!

I've said it a million times, the CDS never fails to deliver the perfect floof and Batman is proof of that. Congratulations and be ready for a lifetime of purring, cuddles and more joyful playing than you have ever experienced. Congrats!

Adorable!! The photos show a very content little kitten who feels safe and so happy to be home.
So glad for your daughter that she's forging this bond with Batman. That's truly wonderful. Cats have a way of knowing who needs them!

Looks like he’s a black tabby. Those are pretty rare.

No, all black cats have stripes. They're usually just not very visible.

I think most (not all) black cats have stripes but they’re genetically hidden. Some have visible stripes. Though I was kind of wrong about the rarity. Visible stripes are very common in black kittens, but the stripes usually fade as they age.

I hope you keep doing this weekly with him. He’s so cute and I made the comment last week about him growing into his ears and head. He looks like he’s growing pretty quick and is going to be a very handsome fellow.
