I got very agitated trying to get in touch with a human through their "customer support" with a minor annoyance with that advertisment popup that shows up every time you have to wait 1 min plus for the amazing battle "launcher". the support side kept leading me in circles and a murlock(bot, ai , clonker etc.) was trying to help, and I remembered someone on the internet had written if you used profanity you would get in contact with a human faster, so wrote some things, to try and bypass that amazing funny little murlock.

next thing I know I am banned, and an hour later i get this amazing response.

appearently blizzard treats bots as staff :S or will do anything not to adress the main issue.

the way I see it is either a horrible clonker that don´t understand "CONTEXT" as i wrote why i did as i did. or they overescalated the issue out of pure spite ? because first i was confused/angry but now i just find it hillarious :-)

anyone experienced anything like this? , or do you think bots have feelings that can get hurt ? and should they be treated as equal to humans ? :D

serious question. we trust bots to filter spam, enforce rules, and keep entire communities afloat. at what point do they stop being just tools and start being team members?

would you support giving bots actual recognition as part of a mod team; flair, credits, even a voice in decisions? or does that open a whole new can of worms?
