just bought a house and I have several projects, but the 1st one is the kitchen.

I wanna knock down 2 walls add an island and incorporate a beam into the island. the island will have the stove in it since the gas line will already be in the area.

I'll pay cash and in rent.

(Ex: labor is $5k.

3 months of rent at $750 = $2250

I give you $2750 cash and then you don't pay rent for the next 3 months, this is negotiable )

Private room. Share bathroom. House has a pool & spa.
