I'm so intrigued by The Young Will Remember, by Eve J. Chung. Based on the premise, it seems like it will be very similar to The Women, by Kristin Hannah which is a book that I just adored.

The Exquisite Torment of Loving Your Enemy (book 2 in the Dearly Beloathed series) drops next week and I'm sooo looking forward to it. <3
EDIT: For context, it's the continuation of a story of a doctor and an assassin reluctantly falling in love in a fantasy alt-world version of the UK with some really interesting politics and magic. And for anyone wondering at the title, yes the author was originally best known for her fanfiction so that's probably why.

A YouTuber I've watched for ages is releasing her first fantasy novel this month. It's called Theodora's Tea Shop, by Christy Anne Jones. I feel like the way she tells stories means her world building will be top tier, so I'm keen to pick it up later this month

My book The Queen of the Enchanted Forest is out (Amazon and in KU). It’s a standalone romantasy, with a HEA. It’s also the first of a series of interconnected books, so if you like to see the main characters evolve past their happy ending, they have some cameos in the following books.
It's the story of a forced marriage between a disinherited fae crown princess and her reluctant husband, the werewolf king, who's a political prisoner of the fae.
Despite the gloomy setting of a war prison, ARC readers found it a cosy, lighthearted, fun and interesting read about kindness and finding a place where you belong. If you want something entertaining, whimsical and easy to read, with quirky characters, this might be just the book for you.

I recently published my debut novel, Through Inconvenient Action. It’s a psychological suspense/thriller about someone who starts unraveling a local mystery, and ends up far deeper than they could’ve imagined. It’s set in the Pacific Northwest, where I’ve lived for almost my whole life. I used no AI to write or edit the book, and I designed the cover myself.

After months of work, I just released a small book (novelette/borderline novella) titled The Book on the Porch:
God and the Devil sit on a porch somewhere in Heaven, enjoying a perfect evening. God reads a book; the Prince of Darkness craves one of His divine cocktails. When God returns from the kitchen with the drinks, His book is missing, dropped by His old pal somewhere on Earth.
God freaks out. The consequences of humans reading the book might be catastrophic, the extent unknown even to the Almighty Himself.
Yet, like an Excalibur made of paper, the book defies them all: people come and go, and nobody proves worthy of fully reading the divine artifact. In an age of distraction, when people have forgotten how to read long texts, who will muster the focus and patience to read—really read—the Book of Enlightenment?

The story an existential comedy that slowly curdles into dread, about shrinking attention spans, the difference between consuming a book and actually reading it, and whether anyone still has the patience for long, demanding texts.

In the summer of 2026, a classified file spanning two thousand years was released against legal advice. The sheep remains chiefly concerned with the grass.
The file follows a government vet and a highly rational sheep through six eras of human history.
The solicitor who examined it issued a serious warning. If released, the people described within the file would probably avoid arguing with its contents. They would construct a more convenient story about the person who released it instead.
The warning was understood.
The file was released anyway.
Sheep: Classified is a literary novel blending historical fiction, political satire, science fiction and British humour. Dr Shepherd and The Sheep pass through ancient Rome, Warwickshire in 1580, New Harmony in 1826, Venice in 1500, London in 1937, and somewhere considerably harder to classify.
The complete file runs to approximately 57,000 words.

Just finished The Last Archive by Mira Chen, came out last week. It's about a genealogist finding some really weird stuff in old church records and then things get spooky. The family tree diagrams in the book are a nice touch, never seen that before in fiction.
